From 1936 on a farm in the Tuscan countryside, Fierli Zelindo with his son Ottorino began to take care of the breeding of two native breeds of the Valdichiana: the Chianina and the Cinta Senese. Starting from here with a look towards an ethical and sustainable breeding, working with passion and innovation on breed, feeding and maturation of the meat, we have now reached the table of our customers with a high quality product. Like our grandparents for four generations, we control and guarantee the entire supply chain of our products, in four words: “From the earth to the plate!”. We take care of the transformation and directly sell all fresh meats and salami respecting the old family recipes. And for those who want to know our reality live?
