The Palazzo Carletti Residence is located on the first noble floor of an important building of medieval origins which was enlarged and transformed in the 1700s when it took on its current appearance.
The Palace is in the heart of the historic center of Montepucliano, located a few steps from the main square of the town, Piazza Grande, and overlooks the main street on one side and offers a splendid panorama of the Valdichiana, Lake Trasimeno and the surrounding mountains on the other.
Palazzo Carletti consists of 3 suites and 2 double rooms each with unique features and frescoes from the 17th and 18th centuries.
At guests’ disposal there is a large frescoed hall where breakfast is served and some services available in all rooms: air conditioning, satellite TV, complimentary TV on demand, mini-bar, ice maker, safe, telephone (with 15 minutes of international calls), internet, radio, tea and coffee machine.
