“Cognanello” is a small, family-run agritourism property located 2 kilometers from the historic center of the Renaissance town of Montepulciano. It is part of the farm of the same name, which consists of 12 hectares of agricultural land, including an olive grove, a vineyard, a vegetable garden, cropland, and pasture for livestock. The renovated historic farmhouse features a rustic, warm, and welcoming design typical of the area.
