On August 10th, 2025, Montepulciano will once again light up on the night of San Lorenzo with Calici di Stelle, the event that blends the elegance of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano with the magic of the summer sky.
Amid breathtaking views, live music, and the aroma of wine that tells the story of the land, the most romantic night of the year becomes the perfect occasion to experience the village in a truly unique atmosphere. Tastings, food and wine experiences, art, and tradition: Calici di Stelle in Montepulciano offers each year an engaging format that puts wine—and wine lovers—at the center.
The labels of Rosso di Montepulciano DOC and Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG will once again be the stars of moments dedicated to enthusiasts, the curious, and families alike—celebrating beauty, conviviality, and taste.
This year too, there will be three tasting formats available, each designed to offer a personalized experience:

Itinerant tasting, to enjoy wines while strolling through the streets and squares of the historic center, glass in hand, free to follow the scent of wine and the rhythm of the music.

Guided tastings in exclusive locations, featuring a sensory journey curated by local producers and accompanied by traditional flavors, set in enchanting spaces such as panoramic terraces and historic buildings (reservation required).

Dinner in the Contrada, to experience the authentic conviviality of Montepulciano by dining with the eight Contrade of the Bravìo delle Botti, savoring traditional dishes and the finest local reds.
