Around here, everyone knows Giuseppe (called Beppe): a volcano of ideas, never running out of subjects, endowed with a contagious cheerful spirit. Besides, Beppe produces a really great Pecorino cheese. From milking, to curdling, up to seasoning, in its dairy each step is carried out with the utmost professionalism and passion. Come to see, to taste but above all, to make cheese, under the supervision of Beppe, the “Cheese Man”; all that Beppe will teach you can also be done at home.
