Choose between the course to learn how to make a complete traditional menu (appetizer, first e second course, sweet) or the course “hand made tuscan pasta” learning to make pici: the typical pasta of this area. Included is a lunch with the dishes you‘ve learned to prepared during the lesson, accompanied by Montepulciano wines.

Tasting lessons

1/Wine tasting lessons
A brief course on approaching wine for enjoyment or simply for curiosity.
The course consists of 2 lessons about the production of wine, tasting techniques and matching food and wine, with particular attention to the wines of the area. The lessons include a guided tasting of the wines produced by the associates of the Strada del Vino Nobile.
Duration: about 4 hours (2 lessons)

2/Oil tasting course
An afternoon dedicated to investigating the production, tasting techniques and the organoleptic characteristics of extra-virgin olive oil. Included is a guided tasting of extra virgin oils produced by the oil makers associated with the Strada del Vino Nobile.
Duration: about 2 hours (1 lesson)
