During a chat at a table between friends, with a glass of Nobile, the idea of a gastronomic prize was created, dedicated to Tuscan cooking and this great wine (Bruno Gambacorta - President of the Jury).
The imagination of the Consortium of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano and the hard work of the district members created this first edition of a gastronomic prize that occurred one beautiful weekend in August 2003: an entertaining culinary experiment that we give to you here as evidence:
